Elmo
Morales - A physical educator for the Ann Arbor Public
Schools for over thirty years and a former competitive runner
for University of Michigan and the Ann Arbor Track Club. He
specializes in interval training. |

Susan
Morales - A practicing psychotherapist, she helps students
achieve an integrated mind/body workout. |
|
Maria
Zaborniak - Maria has been a Certified Mad Dogg Spinning
instructor since 2000. She is an avid road cyclist, runner and
mother of one. She also owns and operates a small business in
Ann Arbor and enjoys time with her husband on his motorcycle. |

Kellie
Mox Richards, MPH - Kellie is a Certified Intrinsic
CoachTM. As a life coach, she helps people identify and achieve
their personal and professional goals. In October, 2006 she
completed Spinning instructor training and is excited to add
this dimension to her coaching. Kellie has been an avid student
at Bodies In Balance since 2002. |

Margie
Ladzick - Margie started Spinning over nine years ago,
and has been teaching Spinning for about eight years. Spinning
got her interested in serious road biking and weight training.
She enjoys long-distance riding, especially centuries, double
centuries, and riding in the mountains. In her spare time, she's
a full-time elementary Media Specialist. |

Jan
Marten - A triathlete, personal trainer and soccer
player, Jan teaches with the intention of helping people feel
energized so they can take that great feeling out into their
lives and share it with others. |

Carrie
Sutton - Mountain biking is her passion and there is
always a race she is training for. Join her for a training ride. |
