Elmo
Morales - A physical educator for the Ann Arbor Public
Schools for over thirty years and a former competitive runner
for University of Michigan and the Ann Arbor Track Club. He
specializes in interval training. |

Susan
Morales - A retired psychotherapist, she helps students
achieve an integrated mind/body workout. You'll learn about
breathing and meditation, too! |

Kellie
Mox Richards, MPH - Kellie is a Certified Intrinsic
CoachTM. As a life coach, she helps people identify and achieve
their personal and professional goals. In October, 2006 she
completed Spinning instructor training and is excited to add
this dimension to her coaching. Kellie has been an avid student
at Bodies In Balance since 2002. |

Jan
Marten - A triathlete, personal trainer and soccer
player, Jan teaches with the intention of helping people feel
energized so they can take that great feeling out into their
lives and share it with others. |

Jeanette
Figurel - Jeanette has been teaching spinning for over
six years in several facilities around the area. You'll enjoy
her spunk and enthusiasm. Be ready for a high-ten at the end
of class!

Carolyn J. Gersh - Carolyn is a dedicated multi-sport
athlete. Besides cycling, she rows marathons, runs ultra-marathons,
and --
for a break -- does hundreds of push-ups and pull-ups. She brings
passion and an encouraging attitude to her teaching. |

Lisa
Steele - A group fitness instructor for over 20 years
and a Johnny G certified spinning instructor for 13 years, Lisa
focuses on form, safety and fun. |

Mike - Mike, a phys. ed teacher, loves the sport of cycling,
and is always looking to enhance his level of overall fitness.
Mike's teaching style focuses on developing the mind and body
in a positive manner. He brings his experience as a track
coach, so be ready for a well thought out ride. |

Christina Hemenway - Christina, in her
class Joyful Movement, uses her training of mime with Marcel Marceau,
Tai Chi, Gabriell Roth’s 5 rythymns & Modern Dance to
guide you in awakening your body’s ability to express through
movement. All ages, skill levels welcome. |

Kelly
Stewart Reynolds - Kelly appreciates the ability to adapt
the workout to her own training needs while still enjoying a group
fitness setting. She recently certified as a Mad Dogg instructor
to share her enthusiasm and encourage others. Kelly currently
works in clinical nutrition services and is an independent writer
of health, nutrition and fitness articles. She also enjoys swimming,
weight training and cooking. |
